Between Layoffs and Tougher Interviews, Tech Workers Are Stressed Out

There was a time when getting a job at Google or Amazon could be a ticket to long-term stability and success. Most of the massive tech firms appeared resistant to large-scale layoffs, and as their earnings skyrocketed, these soft jobs grew to become extremely sought-after.
